THE HAGUE – The International Court of Justice (ICJ) held public hearings in the case South Africa v. Israel - The Oral argument of South Africa requests provisional measures which could stop the genocide. A trial would follow later on. South Africa's oral arguments were Wednesday January 11th, followed by Israel's arguments on January 12th. WBAI broadcasts the complete hearings along with explainers and commentary. The hearings took place at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. The Session was held under the presidency of Judge Joan E. Donoghue, President of the Court.
