The settlement comes months after three police officers and a Sargeant were indicted on charges ranging from using a police cruiser to run down a Latino motorcyclist, to arresting a local clergyman who attempted to videotape an arrest, to threatening town officials investigating accusations of police abuse.  WBAIs Jose Santiago spoke to Sandra Staub, Legal Director of the Connecticut ACLU
