Today community organizers and seniors rallied to bring attention to a senior center that is changing hands. The Institute for the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Elderly lost its bid to continue to run a Senior Center that they’ve been operating for more than twenty years. WBAI’s Linda Perry as the story.
