-In New York, Staten Island's Borough President Jimmy Oddo painted the picture of the devastation two years ago when Sandy struck the island -- impassable boulevards, water everywhere -- He said progress to date doesn’t reflect the energy, the hard work and the commitment many people have put into rebuilding.
-A new report says the Red Cross mishandled its response to Sandy in 2012.
